How long does shipping take?+
Most orders arrive within 5–14 business days depending on your location. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept payment in cryptocurrency only — USDC on the Solana network, processed through MoonPay Commerce. We do not currently accept credit cards, debit cards or PayPal. If you do not already hold crypto, you will need a wallet with USDC on Solana before checking out.
Why does the checkout show a different amount than the cart?+
Prices are set in euro. At checkout the amount is converted to USDC, which follows the US dollar, so the figure you send differs from the euro price. The euro amount is what your order is recorded as.
What happens if I send the wrong currency or use the wrong network?+
Only send USDC on the Solana network, exactly as shown on the payment screen. Funds sent in another token or on another network may be permanently lost and cannot be recovered by us.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering — if it hasn’t been sent for fulfilment yet, we can usually change or cancel it and issue a refund.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — international orders may take longer to arrive and may be subject to customs duties, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
How do I return an item?+
Reach out via our contact page with your order number within 30 days of delivery. If you are in the EU you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Refund Policy for the full process.
How are refunds paid?+
Blockchain payments cannot be reversed, so refunds are sent manually. You give us a wallet address that can receive USDC on Solana, and we send the refund there within 5–10 business days. Refunds are calculated on the euro price of your order.
Is my payment information secure?+
Payments go directly from your wallet to ours through MoonPay Commerce. We never handle card numbers, bank details, or your wallet’s private keys. Note that blockchain transactions are recorded publicly, including the wallet addresses and amount involved.
