Orders and pricing

Prices are set in euro (EUR). Payment is settled in cryptocurrency, and the amount payable is converted from the euro price using an exchange rate at the time of checkout. The converted amount may differ slightly from a direct conversion. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues — in which case we will refund any payment taken.

Payment in cryptocurrency

Payments are processed through MoonPay Commerce and settle directly from your wallet to ours on a public blockchain. Please note:

• Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed. There is no chargeback mechanism and no payment dispute process through the payment provider.
• You must send the exact currency on the exact network shown at checkout. Funds sent in another token or on another network may be permanently lost and cannot be recovered by us.
• Network fees charged by the blockchain are your responsibility and are not part of the product price.
• Any refund we owe you is sent back manually to a wallet address you provide. See our Refund Policy.

Returns and refunds

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This right applies regardless of how you paid. Because payments are settled in cryptocurrency and cannot be reversed on the blockchain, refunds are issued manually to a wallet address you provide. Account responsibilities

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Product reviews

By submitting a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the site. Reviews must be honest, related to the product, and free of unlawful content — we reserve the right to remove any review at our discretion.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheCoolMagnet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
