Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Because some items are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, processing time can vary by product — this will be noted on the product page where relevant.

Shipping time & rates

Standard shipping is free on orders over $75; orders below that threshold ship for a flat $6.95. Delivery typically takes 5–14 business days depending on your location and the fulfilling supplier. International orders may take longer and may be subject to customs duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also view tracking from your order history once it's available.

Multiple suppliers

If your order includes items from more than one supplier, they may arrive in separate packages on different days — this is normal and each package will have its own tracking number.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us via our contact page with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier or supplier.
