Refund Policy

30-day returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Contact us via our contact page with your order number to start a return.

How refunds work

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging — we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

Personalized/custom items and final-sale items (marked as such on the product page) are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We don't currently process direct exchanges — please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
